Terms of Use
Last updated: June 28, 2026
Plain English version: This website explains Tony's Business Solutions services. Using the site, booking a demo, or contacting us does not create a full client relationship until we agree on scope, pricing, and service terms. Automation helps reduce missed follow-up, but no system can guarantee leads, revenue, bookings, reviews, or business results.

3. Website information only
The content on this website is provided for general informational and marketing purposes. It does not create a binding offer, professional advice, legal advice, financial advice, accounting advice, or a guarantee of service availability, pricing, timelines, or results.
Service details, tiers, setup fees, monthly pricing, included features, and add-ons may change at any time. Any final service scope, pricing, payment terms, start date, responsibilities, and deliverables should be confirmed in writing.
4. Booking demos and contacting us
When you book a demo, call, email, text, or message us, you agree to provide accurate information and to use those channels for legitimate business inquiries. Booking a demo does not guarantee that we will accept you as a client or that a specific service will be available for your business.
5. Services and third-party platforms
Many services provided by Tony's Business Solutions rely on third-party platforms, including CRM, booking, phone, SMS, email, calendar, voice AI, automation, review, invoicing, payment, website hosting, analytics, and social media tools. These platforms may have their own terms, policies, fees, limits, outages, compliance requirements, and account rules.
You are responsible for reviewing and complying with any third-party terms that apply to platforms connected to your business. We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, account restrictions, deliverability issues, API changes, data loss, service limitations, or policy changes caused by third-party providers.
6. No guarantee of results
Automation can help businesses respond faster, reduce manual follow-up, organize leads, send reminders, request reviews, and improve consistency. However, Tony's Business Solutions does not guarantee:
- More leads, bookings, customers, revenue, profit, reviews, or sales.
- Specific reply rates, booking rates, show rates, review rates, or close rates.
- That every call, message, lead, appointment, reminder, or workflow step will be captured, delivered, or completed without error.
- That third-party platforms will remain available, affordable, compliant, or unchanged.
Business results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, reputation, pricing, market, staffing, response quality, ad spend, call volume, sales process, customer service, and platform performance.
7. Client responsibilities
If you become a client, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate business information, service details, hours, contact details, pricing rules, appointment rules, staff routing preferences, and review links.
- Reviewing and approving workflow messages, scripts, voice prompts, automations, and settings before launch where requested.
- Having the proper authority, consent, and legal basis to contact your leads, customers, prospects, and staff.
- Complying with applicable laws, including privacy laws, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), telecommunication rules, platform policies, advertising rules, and industry-specific requirements.
- Monitoring your business communications, appointments, CRM, phone, calendar, email, and SMS channels after launch.
- Promptly telling us about errors, missed messages, incorrect routing, wrong business information, urgent changes, platform problems, or compliance concerns.
8. Consent for SMS, email, calls, and automated messages
If your workflows send SMS, email, calls, voicemail, AI voice, review requests, reminders, or other electronic messages, you are responsible for ensuring those communications are lawful and properly authorized. This includes having consent where required, identifying the sender, avoiding misleading content, honouring unsubscribe/stop requests, and keeping contact lists clean.
We may help configure workflows, but you remain responsible for the contacts, lists, message approvals, business claims, and use of your accounts.
9. Payments, fees, and subscriptions
Prices listed on the website are for general reference and may change. Taxes, platform fees, phone/SMS usage, email usage, domain fees, hosting fees, app fees, payment processor fees, third-party subscriptions, or other costs may be separate unless specifically included in writing.
Any refunds, cancellations, payment timing, late fees, paused services, renewals, or termination terms should be confirmed in a separate written agreement, invoice, proposal, or service terms.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the website, services, or workflows to:
- Send spam, unlawful messages, misleading claims, phishing, malware, harassment, threats, or abusive content.
- Collect, upload, or process personal information without proper authority or consent.
- Violate privacy laws, CASL, platform policies, intellectual property rights, or any applicable laws.
- Interfere with website security, platform security, or service operation.
- Misrepresent your business, services, pricing, approvals, reviews, or customer relationships.
We may refuse, pause, or terminate work if we believe a requested use is unlawful, risky, misleading, abusive, or violates third-party platform policies.
